As an Account Manager for Premium Membership Services with the Toronto Raptors (and MLSE) one of my goals is to provide our clients and members with unforgettable moments and bucket-list experiences. And one of the ways I look to achieve that is by inviting a group of clients down to Scotiabank Arena and providing access to the Toronto Raptors main court. The event is fairly casual and unstructured, and consists of photo opportunities, the access to play basketball on a NBA regulation court, exclusive shopping offers through our retail store and the ability to build a face-to-face relationship with our clients. This was the third time I’ve executed this event, and the overall excitement and positive feedback never waivers. The statements of, “This is a dream come true!” and “This was on my lifetime bucket list” continue to pour in with each installment of this event. But it never gets old. Being able to Over-deliver and go above and beyond for our clients is the best part of my job.
