For the second consecutive year I was recognized and awarded by the MLS (Major League Soccer) for excellence in service in the category of managing 300-600 Toronto FC clients. The award is revenue-based and is contingent on achieving a client renewal rate of 90% or greater of my entire book of business. The 2019 MLS Meetings took place in Chicago, IL, and traveled there to receive the award.
