In January 2018 I was honoured at the 2018 Major League Soccer Meetings in Philadelphia, PA., where I received an award for Excellence In Service. The MLS recognizes those who achieve a 90%+ renewal rate with a book of business that contains between 300-600 accounts. In addition to receiving this award, the MLS Meetings also consisted of multiple league seminars and workshops that I was able to take part in, along with a dinner to end off the trip!
